I Bought My Tickets But…

  • I Need To Reschedule

    To reschedule your tickets, please visit our Change of Date Request page.

    Dates and tickets are subject to availability. Requests must be made a minimum of 24 hours prior to your scheduled attendance time.

    Please note there is a $4.99 rescheduling fee per ticket for Premium and VIP tickets, and a $9.99 rescheduling fee per ticket for Basic tickets.

    Last-minute Change of Date requests will not be honored. In exceptional circumstances, a $9.99 fee will be applied for requests submitted less than 24 hours from your scheduled time slot.

  • I Want To Upgrade Or Downgrade

    Please contact our box office to upgrade your tickets prior to arrival.

    Unfortunately, we cannot downgrade tickets and we don’t know why you would want to!

  • I Want To Change The Name On Them

    The name on your tickets is for buyer and COVID tracing info only, and there is no change of name required.

    Anyone who has access to the tickets can use them. The buyer is responsible for tracking COVID-19 information within their party.

  • I Never Received Them

    If you have purchased tickets to Immersive King Tut directly through our website, but have not yet received your tickets, please use our Ticket Resend Tool.

    If the Ticket Resend Tool was not able to find your order, your original order email may have a typo in it. Please contact our box office to have this rectified.

  • Ticket Types & Prices

    CHILD: For children ages 6 to16 (children 5 and under are free). Admission only, not subject to change of date fees.

    BASIC: Admission only (must arrive +/- 20 minutes of your chosen timeslot). 

    PREMIUM: limited-edition poster, cushion rental and flexibility to arrive +/- 1 hour of your time, subject to public opening times. 

    VIP: Skip the line privileges, VIP souvenir laminate, limited edition poster, cushion rental and flexibility to arrive +/- 1 hour of your time, subject to public opening times.

    DATE PACKAGE: Viewing from a private area, a box of chocolates, an exclusive gift set, cushion (rental), limited edition poster and a VIP souvenir laminate.

    All tickets are subject to applicable taxes and fees on top of the above prices. There are no refunds or exchanges. Upgrades can be done in advance or in person at the box office.

  • Students Discount

    We offer a 15% discount for students. A valid student ID is required. This offer can only be redeemed when purchasing tickets in person at the venue's box office.

    This offer is only valid Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays, and is subject to availability. One ticket per valid student ID. The discount cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offer.

    This discount is subject to change, and we reserve the right to remove the offer without notice.

    We encourage you to leave valuables, large bags, and other personal belongings at home. For the safety of our visitors and the collection, all bags entering or leaving the exhibit, including purses, are subject to inspection.

    Backpacks and duffle bags are not permitted in the exhibit.

    Photos and video recording are allowed, but we ask that you limit the length of the recording to less than 2-minute clips and refrain from using flash. Professional-grade equipment and tripods are not permissible unless previously approved by management.

    Prohibited items will not be stored by venue management or on-site.

    Immersive King Tut reserves the right to amend the above restrictions without notice. If you are unsure about an item you are bringing with you, please contact us for more information.

  • Accessibility

    Bathrooms

    There are men's and women's bathrooms with accessible stalls on the first floor before the main entrance to the exhibit. There are two accessible, gender-neutral restrooms on the mezzanine level.

    Sensory

    Part of the experience is the music, which can at times be loud. This may cause discomfort for people with sensitive hearing. Earplugs are available upon request.

    There are some flashing lights, which may be difficult to tolerate for people with photosensitivity.

    There is a low-input Sensory Relief area located downstairs with tables, chairs, and cold water available. Please see a gallery attendant for help accessing the space. The Sensory Relief area is wheelchair accessible.

    Wheelchairs, walkers, and scooters are all permitted. We have one first-come, first-serve wheelchair on-site for those who need it, and a number of folding chairs that can be brought into the exhibit.

    Masks

    Masks are not required for entry to the exhibit. They are optional for staff and guests in accordance with current legislation.

    We encourage all patrons to follow safety recommendations such as social distancing, frequent hand washing, and staying at home if they are not feeling well.

    Service Animals

    Service animals are permitted in the gallery, however untrained emotional support animals are not. For non-traditional service animals please contact us.

    Support Persons

    Patrons supporting persons with disabilities receive free admission to the exhibit and do not require a ticket for entry. At no time will a patron with a disability who is accompanied by a support person be prevented from having access to his or her support person while on the exhibition premises.

  • Exhibit Hours

    Exhibit opens 15 minutes before the first entry time of the day and closes 20 minutes after the start time of last entry time of the day. For entry time please see the ticketing calendar when you click BUY TICKETS.

  • Location, Parking & Transit

    Location

    The Immersive King Tut exhibit will be coming to Lighthouse Artspace, located at 4301 N Scottsdale Road, Scottsdale, AZ 85251 (Corner of N Scottsdale Road and E 5th Avenue), Lighthouse Artspace will be transformed into an unforgettable art experience where the history of King Tut will come to life around you.

    Parking

    The exhibit does not have dedicated onsite parking. Parking is located at Galleria Parking Garage, 4394N N Wells Fargo Avenue. There are also a number of public parking lots located near the venue and a limited amount of street parking with two to three-hour limits. We are located within steps of the 5th Avenue Shopping District, giving patrons access to even more parking lots.

    If you have concerns about driving or parking, there is a conveniently-located Uber/Lyft drop-off at the venue.

    Transit

    There is a bus stop for #72 directly in front of the entrance. More information on transit in Old Town Scottsdale can be found here
