I Bought My Tickets But…

  • I Need To Reschedule

    To reschedule your tickets, please visit our Change of Date Request page.

    Dates and tickets are subject to availability. Requests must be made a minimum of 48 hours prior to your scheduled attendance time.

    Please note, an $8 per ticket fee will apply for a change of date request for all tickets. If you would like to move from an Off Peak date to a Peak date if there is a price difference that will be included on your invoice. Child tickets are exempt from the $8 per ticket fee, and must be accompanied by an adult ticket.

    Last-minute change of date requests will not be honoured except in exceptional circumstances.

  • I Want To Upgrade Or Downgrade

    Please contact our box office to upgrade your tickets prior to arrival.

    Unfortunately, we cannot downgrade tickets and we don’t know why you would want to!

  • I Want To Change The Name On Them

    The name on your tickets is for buyer and COVID tracing info only, and there is no change of name required.

    Anyone who has access to the tickets can use them. The buyer is responsible for tracking COVID-19 information within their party

  • I Never Received Them

    If you have purchased tickets to Immersive King Tut directly through our website, but have not yet received your tickets, please use our Ticket Resend Tool to have this rectified.

    If the Ticket Resend Tool was not able to find your order, your original order email may have a typo in it. Please contact our box office to have this rectified.

    Please check your spam/junk folder before contacting the box office.

    CHILD: For children ages 6 to16 (children 5 and under are free). Admission only, not subject to change of date fees.

    BASIC: Admission only (must arrive +/- 20 minutes of your chosen timeslot). 

    PREMIUM: limited-edition poster, cushion rental and flexibility to arrive +/- 1 hour of your time, subject to public opening times. 

    VIP: Skip the line privileges, VIP souvenir laminate, limited edition poster, cushion rental and flexibility to arrive +/- 1 hour of your time, subject to public opening times.

    Ticket prices listed above are inclusive of taxes. All tickets are subject to a $6.99 service fee on top of the above prices. There are no refunds or exchanges. Upgrades can be done in advance or in person at the box office.

    We encourage you to leave valuables, large bags, and other personal belongings at home. For the safety of our visitors and the collection, all bags entering or leaving the exhibit, including purses, are subject to inspection.

    Backpacks and duffle bags are not permitted in the exhibit.

    Prohibited items will not be stored by venue management or on-site.

    Exhibit

    The entrance, lobby, and gallery are entirely wheelchair accessible.

    Washrooms

    There are no barriers to the gallery washrooms however the men’s washroom in the gallery does not have an accessible stall (the women’s washroom does).

    There are accessible stalls in both men’s and women’s exit-hallway washrooms. These can be used without having to exit the exhibit.

    Sensory Advisory

    This exhibition contains bright lights that may cause discomfort for people with photosensitivity. Viewer discretion is advised.

    Part of the immersive experience is the music which can at times be loud. This may cause discomfort for people with sensitive hearing. Earplugs are available upon request.

    If you need to leave the gallery, you are welcome to re-enter through the lobby after taking a break.

    Immersive King Tut contains artwork and animation that some viewers may find sensitive. Viewer discretion is advised.

    Masks

    Masks are not required for entry to the exhibit. They are optional for staff and guests in accordance with current legislation.

    We encourage all patrons to follow safety recommendations such as social distancing, frequent hand washing, and staying at home if they are not feeling well.

    Seating & Mobility Aids

    Wheelchairs, walkers, and scooters are all permitted. We have one first-come, first-serve wheelchair on-site for those who need it, and a number of folding chairs that can be brought into the exhibit for folks who have a hard time standing for extended periods of time.

    Service Animals

    Service animals are permitted in the gallery, however untrained emotional support animals are not. For non-traditional service animals please contact us.

    Access 2

    Patrons supporting persons with disabilities receive free admission to the exhibit and do not require a ticket for entry. At no time will a patron with a disability who is accompanied by a support person be prevented from having access to his or her support person while on the exhibition premises.

    Exhibit opens 15 minutes before the first entry time of the day and closes 20 minutes after the start time of last entry time of the day. For entry time please see the ticketing calendar when you click   BUY TICKETS

    Parking

    The exhibit does not have dedicated onsite parking, but there are a number of public parking lots nearby.

    The closest lots are across the street on Queens Quay and just north of 1 Yonge on Yonge Street (pricing may vary). There is a shoulder outside the front entrance for drop-offs close to ramp access.

    Transit

    The closest subway station to 1 Yonge Street is Union Station (a 10-minute walk).

    The closest streetcar stops to 1 Yonge Street are:
